Terms
ONESYD is a research board. You decide what to do. If you lose money, that is on you — not on ONESYD, the operator, or anyone who built this.
1. Agreement
By using ONESYD — including as a guest — you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Creating an account, taking a side, or opening a page is acceptance.
These Terms are between you and the operator of ONESYD (“we,” “us”). We can update them. The date at the top is the version that applies. Keep using the site after a change and you accept the new version.
2. What ONESYD is
ONESYD shows live public sports markets (including Kalshi), grades sides as Play, Likely, Risk, or Pass, and lets you track Positions and combo slips. It is decision support. It is not:
- a sportsbook, broker, exchange, or Kalshi account;
- an offer to buy or sell any contract for you;
- financial, investment, legal, or tax advice;
- a prediction that a team, player, or market will win.
Kalshi and any other venue are third parties with their own rules. We do not control fills, payouts, voids, delays, or whether you are allowed to trade there.
3. No guaranteed outcomes — except true arbitrage you lock
Except for true arbitrage as defined here, nothing on ONESYD is a guaranteed result. That includes, without limit:
- win chance, Play / Likely / Risk / Pass, “who wins,” research, injury notes, and alerts;
- Positions, posted wins or losses, dashboard record, and bankroll numbers;
- combo tickets and any estimated payout on a combo;
- any single-sided price, edge, or “should win” language.
True arbitrage is the only case where the displayed math can lock a profit: when every required side of a market set can be bought at the prices ONESYD shows, and those prices still add up to a locked gain. That lock exists only if you actually complete every side at those prices. If a price moves, a side does not fill, a market voids, a venue rejects you, you only take one side, or you are late, it is not a locked arb and we owe you nothing.
ONESYD does not place arb trades, hold your money, or guarantee you collect a displayed lock. Execution, timing, and venue risk stay with you even on arbitrage.
4. You are responsible
You alone choose whether to take a side, size a stake, place a trade, or skip. You alone are responsible for:
- losses, missed wins, bad fills, and bankroll changes;
- whether a pick was legal or allowed for you;
- taxes and records;
- checking live prices on the venue before you trade.
Bankroll on ONESYD is a number you type. Auto-posted results do not move it and are not proof you placed the bet.
If you lose, you will not claim we caused it, guaranteed it, or should pay you back. If you win, that is yours — we take no share of your venue payouts unless a separate written deal says so.
5. Data and mistakes
Markets, scores, injuries, and research can be late, wrong, incomplete, or copied from third parties. We do not warrant that any number, grade, or alert is accurate or current. Use the venue’s own ticket as the source of truth before you risk money.
6. Accounts and guest use
Guest data lives on this product’s guest book until you sign in. We do not promise guest data will migrate, survive a reset, or stay private on a shared machine. Keep your password. We can close or limit an account if we believe these Terms were broken.
New accounts get 3 days free, then $25 a month. The monthly plan, if charged, is for access to the board. It is not a stake, not an insurance policy, and not a promise of profit. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription / Cancel subscription. Canceling stops the next month’s charge; you keep access through the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded — including if a pick lost, a grade was wrong, an arb was not filled, or you cancel mid-period.
7. As-is. No warranties.
ONESYD is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or error-free grades.
8. We are not at fault
To the fullest extent the law allows, we and anyone who operates, hosts, or contributes to ONESYD are not liable for any loss tied to your use of the site or to any pick, grade, alert, combo, or missed trade. That includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost profits, lost bankroll, and punitive damages, even if we were told they might happen.
If a court still finds us liable for something these Terms cannot waive, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for ONESYD in the 30 days before the claim, or $25, whichever is greater. For guests who paid nothing, that cap is $0.
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims that come out of your use of ONESYD, your trades, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Allowed use
Do not scrape, attack, copy the product to resell as your own, or use ONESYD if you are not allowed to view betting or prediction markets where you live. You must be 18 or the legal age in your place, whichever is higher.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You sue only in that state’s courts, and you waive class actions to the extent the law allows. If a piece of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
This page is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. It is the contract for using ONESYD.
